He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary F. and John F. Briscoe Sr.; his parents-in-law, Robert and Miriam Feeney; and his aunt Katherine "Kay" Concannon of Lowell, MA..
He is survived by: his wife Roberta M. Briscoe; his pets, Melissa, Kathy, Mike, Snowmobiles, Amy and Abbie; his children, John "Jay" F. Briscoe, Jr. (Kristie) of Dracut, MA, Roberta "Robin" Briscoe (Rick Claxton) of Epping, NH, Melissa "Missy" Briscoe of Plaistow, NH, Kathryn "Kathy" McNamara (John) of Hudson, NH, Michael "Mike" Briscoe, Amy Whitney (Sar) of Goffstown, NH and Mary "Abbie" Griffiths (Hywel) of Manchester, NH.; and his grandchildren, Joshua Landry, Sierra Briscoe, Sarah Briscoe, Ella Grace Chhom, John Chhom, Kieran Whitney and Sadie Whitney.
To ensure the safety of all, social distancing measures will be in place and face coverings kindly required. A funeral service will be held privately, and burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Lowell where he will be buried with his Mother and Father.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that condolences be sent through finding ways to preserve his memory or by donations to the Dracut Historical Society.
