He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Collins (McKay); and his parents, Henry F. Collins and Dorothy Collins (Shaw). He is survived by: his cousins, John O'Donnell (Frances) of Largo, FL, Millie O'Donnell of Largo, FL and Doris Bradley of Dracut; and his godson David Bradley of Dracut. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
