With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerard Poitras (Dracut, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 17, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline Poitras (Cote); and his parents, Gerard W. Poitras and Lorraine Poitras (Baillargeon). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lisa Cote-Lewis of Dracut and Ronald Cote (Renae) of Dracut; his grandchildren, Joseph Cote, Cody Lewis, Alexys Cote and Abigail Cote; his siblings, Michael Poitras (Lisa) of Dracut, Mark Poitras (Sue) of Nashua, NH, John Poitras, Joseph Poitras, William Poitras (Nicole) of Carver and Karen Poitras; and his sister-in-law Miriam Poitras of Haverhill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
