He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pultar and Ethel Pultar (Webster); and his wife Rachel Pultar (Dube). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Webster (Dave) of Pelham, NH, Frederick Pultar, Jr. (Martha) of Windermere, FL, Mark Pultar (Paula) of Pelham, NH and Lisa Pultar (Jerry Goodale) of Dracut, MA.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
