Esther Vavra Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2023, at the age of 81, Esther Vavra of Dracut, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Esther Vavra to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Vavra; and her parents, George L. Sokorelis and Aphrodite Sokorelis (Ziakas). She is survived by: her children, Kristin Peterson (Raymond) of Lowell and Christopher G. Vavra (April) of Windham, NH; her grandchildren, Riley, Logan Peterson, Catherine and Max Vavra; and her siblings, Frances Whalen (Robert) of Lowell, Lois McCabe (William) of Lowell and Eli Sokorelis of Seabrook, NH.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and lifelong close friends.
