She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Silva; her parents, Francisco Bettencourt and Rosa Correia Silva; her child Gualberto; and her siblings, Carolina Bettencourt, Manuel Bettencourt, Liduina Espinola, Fransico Bettencourt and Juvenal Bettencourt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Verissimo (Alziro) and Rosa Camacho (Charles); her siblings, Maria Picanço, Gertrudes Silva and Jose Bettencourt; and her grandson Mario Verissimo (Alyssa Jean). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
