He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi L. Shattuck and Ann Shattuck (Furey). He is survived by: his brother Lewis Donald "Don" Shattuck; his daughters, Patricia Adams-Gouthro (Michael) of Dracut, Dyanne Nota (Gregory) of Dracut, Marcia Shattuck of Nashua, NH and Erin Coleman (Daniel) of Chelmsford; his grandchildren, Hannah Adams, Joseph L'Heureux, Hailey Adams, Ryan Nota, Jacob Tousignant, Anthony Nota, Lynda Nota and Liam Coleman; his sister Karen Downes of Lowell; and his former wife Lynne Shattuck (Kress).
