Carnazzo (Dracut, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 9, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Frances A. DiPlatzi (Fucile). He is survived by: his children, Dennis M. Hayes (Elaine) of Everett and Christina M. Carnazzo of Everett; his grandchildren, Dennis T. Hayes of Dracut and Autumn Rose Leonard of Everett; his siblings, Gerald F. Hayes, Jr. (Linda) of Everett, Lorraine D. Hanscomb of Revere, David S. Hayes (Theresa) of Raymond, NH and Douglas M. Hanscomb (Laura) of Ware, NH.; and his parent Gerald F. Hayes, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
