He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy R. Tucker (Johnson); and his parents, Charles Tucker and Marguerite Tucker (Shaw). He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Martin (late Richard Martin) of Westford and Janice Psoinos (Daniel) of Pelham, NH.; his grandchildren, Michael Psoinos (Jacqueline) and Katie Psoinos (Joseph Robinson); his great grandchildren, Zachary, Cameron Psoinos and Jack Robinson; his nieces, Ann Louise Lojzim, Margaret and Barbara Evans; and his brother-in-law Donald Johnson (Vanessa).
