He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Noe and Angelina Noe (Petracca); and his brother Frank Noe. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Noe (Tabitha) of Saline, MI., Richard Noe (Hattie) of Sevierville, TN., Alysha Cutts (Larry) of Derry, NH. and Jonathan Rivera of Lowell; his grandchildren, Tomi, Lily, Gemma, Jacob, Olivia, Serena and Conrad; and his siblings, Anna Noe of Peabody and Mario Noe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
