With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur J. Ducharme Sr. of Dracut, Massachusetts, born in Pelham, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 27, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred E. Ducharme (Southworth); his parents, Arthur J. Ducharme and Alice Ducharme (Greenwood); and his siblings, Ronald Ducharme, Yvonne Maglio, Helen Spaulding, Jeannette Bergeron and Alfred Ducharme.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Ransom (David) of Dracut, William Ducharme of Laconia, NH, Arthur J. Ducharme, Jr. (Denise) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Richard Ducharme of Hilton Head, SC; his grandchildren, Allison Kresco, Sarah Ducharme, Justin Ducharme, Carolyn Wilson, David Ransom, Jill Laffin and Steven Ransom; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Roberts, Emily Kresco, Brooke Ducharme, Hadley Ducharme, Patrick Dillon, Sean Dillon, Addy Dillon, Madelyn Wilson, Celia Wilson, Arthur Wilson, Nora Ransom, Eva Laffin, Lilly Ransom and Emma Ransom; his great great grandchildren, Meagan Rose, Spencer Myrdek and McKenzie Roberts; and his siblings, Rita Hohmann (Joe) of Boston and Robert Ducharme (Carolyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
