She was predeceased by: her husband C. Michael "Harp" Palermo; her parents, Bernard McEachern and Catherine McEachern (Molinari); her brother John McEachern; her niece Dawn McEachern; her cousins, Patricia "Patsy" Molinari Montgomery and Donald Killam; and her friends, Jack, Rosemary McDowell of Lowell and Nashua.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Palermo (Mary) of Chelmsford, Paul Palermo (Tracy) of Methuen and Steven Palermo of Dracut; her grandchildren, Alex, Aaron Palermo, Cody, Kyle Sheehan and Michelle Vieweg; her brother Bernie McEachern of Florida; and her goddaughter Christine Alice McEachern of Plymouth.
