Alexandra Panagiotopoulos Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 87, Alexandra Panagiotopoulos of Dracut, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Athanasios Lambrakopoulos and Sotiria Lambrakopoulos (Katsouris); her siblings, Giorgos A. Lambrakopoulos (Fotini), Patra Foutsis (Efthimios), Eugenia Kostopoulos (Leonidas) and Lemonia Ladas (Angelos); and her brother-in-law George Grillakis of Lowell.

She is survived by: her spouse Stavros Panagiotopoulos; her children, Theodora Karahalios (Paris) of Andover and Theodore Panagiotopoulos (Rylee) of Chelmsford; her great grandchild Meah Karahalios of Haverhill; her brothers, Theodoros G. Lambrakopoulos (Vasiliki) of Diavolitsi, Messinia and Greece; and her siblings-in-law, Christina Grillakis of Lowell, Dimitrios Panagiotopoulos (Maria) of Kefalovrison, Messinia, Greece, Vasilios Panagiotopoulos (Christina) of Tewksbury, Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos (Anastasia) of Tewksbury and Costas Panagiotopoulos (Kathy) of Clearwater, Florida.. She is also survived by four grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Alexandra's name to the Hellenic American Academy on Broadway Street in Lowell.
