He was predeceased by: his sister Cynthia Rosen (late Robert); and his parents, Hyman Frager and Irene Frager (Rubin). He is survived by: his children, Amy Wilcox (late Keith E. Wilcox) and Adam K. Frager (Eileen); his grandchildren, Mollie, Jake, Nora, Shayna Wilcox, Sarah and Lily Frager; his brother Edward Frager (Martha); and his former wife Judith Boucher.
