He was predeceased by: his child Andrew Douglas Wise of Andrea DeLucia; and his sibling Barbara Ryan. He is survived by: his child Dear "Papa" of Andrea DeLucia; his child-in-law Rosalie DeLucia of Medford; and his brother-in-law William Ryan of St. Helena. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces.

In lieu of flowers donation's may be made to the Andrew Douglas.
