She is survived by : her husband Dave Fleming; her caregiver David Fleming; her sons, Brian Fleming and Stephen Fleming; her daughter-in-law Sisa Suriel of Northport, NY; her niece Jessica Adams; her great-nephew Enzo Codispoti; her brother-in-law Alex Fleming; and her grandchildren, David, Christian, Jacob, Andrew, Javier, Alma and Francisco.
