He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Woelfel Harvey; his sister Caroline Harvey (Dover) of Centerville; his father Jeffrey Brown Harvey Jr. (Karen Harvey) of Marlton, NJ.; his grandparents, Stephen, Jane Woelfel of Centerville and Jeffrey Harvey Sr. of Annapolis, MD.; his aunts and uncles, Curt, Monica Stevenson of Boston, Thomas Woelfel of Palmer, MA, Marcy Woelfel of Belchertown, MA, Stephen, Kaitlyn Woelfel, Jr. of Norfolk, MA, Brett and Karen Tolbert of Bala Cynwyd, PA.; and his cousins, Jane, Patrick, Lily Stevenson, Foley, Faith Woelfel, Jack, Teddy Woelfel, Reed and Christine Tolbert.
