It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay F. Sullivan of Dover, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Sullivan and Margaret F. Sullivan; and also Amy Kalberer Sullivan of Rhode Island. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan F. (Blair Sullivan) of Newton and Kristin S. (Alex Boal) of Hingham; his grandchildren, Jaybo, Griffin, Annabelle, Jack Boal, Marc and Sydney Sullivan; his siblings, Janice (Andy Crowley) of Boston, Francis (Mary Beth Sullivan) of Duxbury and Nancy (Loring Flint) of Falmouth; and also Norma H. Sullivan of Dover. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
