He is survived by : his children, Gregory W. Carter (Lisa) of Miami, FL, David S. Carter (Carol) of Scarborough, ME and Andrea E. Zahnleuter (Rick) of Clifton Park, NY; and his grandchildren, Chelsey, Gregory, Brittany, Mary Beth, Heidi and Molly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
