He is survived by: his close friend Carol Hughes (Dimuzio); his children, Laura Hughes of Medfield, James Hughes of Dover and Leslie Campbell (Andrew) of Millis; and his siblings, John Hughes III (Jay) of Dover, Scott Hughes (Cheryl) of Dover, Gail Reimann (Kurt) of Dover and Paul Hughes (Meg) of Duxbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
