He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Frank Brouwer; and his parents, William Brouwer and Evelyn Dakin. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Hoisington); his daughters, Madalaine, Caroline and Nina Brouwer of Putnam, CT; his granddaughter Grace Lamb Wilson; and his sister Anna Mae Wassenar.
