He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius F. Sullivan and Marjorie R. (Prendiville); and his siblings, John J. Sullivan, Marjorie A. McDonough, Maureen E. Cellucci (Stephen), Patricia A. Sullivan, Rita Alvarado and William Sullivan.
He is survived by: his sister AnneMarie Daly (Stephen) of Plymouth; his brothers-in-law, David McDonough of Scituate and Pedro Alvarado of Quincy; his friend Marsha; and his caregiver Al Nickerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews.
