It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Barbara Gill of Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridget Lydon (Walsh) and Joseph Lydon of Letterfrack Ireland; her husband Harold J Gill; and her siblings, John Lydon (Dorothy), Joseph Lydon (Evelynn), James Lydon (June), Thomas Lydon (Lorraine), Stephen Lydon, Martin Lydon (Mary) and Mary Nee (Joseph).
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gill of Milton, Norma Gill of Milton, Stephen Gill, Susan DeSisto of Walpole, Thomas and Suzanne Gill of Canton; her grandchildren, Anya Gill, Nicolas Gill, Emma Lanza (Charles), Thomas Gill and Patrick Gill; her great grandchildren, Simon Lanza and Ruth Lanza; and her family Irish.
