In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul, Grant, Kevin and Gerard Tiemey; and his parents, Jacqueline Tierney (Connelly) and Paul Tierney.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Tierney (Mastrangelo); his daughters, Kimberly Tierney of Braintree, Annie Tierney of Dorchester and Kerrie Corkran (Brett) of Marshfield; and his siblings, Kathleen Bryan of Florida, Madalyn Lambert (Richard) of North Carolina and Shawn Tierney (Gail) of Scituate.
