He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his daughter Carolyn Egan; and his parents, Joseph Egan and June Hampston Egan. He is survived by: his children, Paul Egan Jr., Christian Nagorniak (Peter) and Dianna Egan; his grandchildren, Brendan Egan, Christopher, Alyson Nagorniak, Liam, Collin, Lilah Devlin and Brileigh Mahoney; and his brothers, Johnny, Billy, Bobby and Ritchie Egan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Affairs, Jamaica Plain.
