He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Loughran and Mary Loughran (Prescott); and his brother Thomas Loughran. He is survived by: his wife Annie Loughran (Ufrazier); his son Stephen Loughran (Amanda Chaves Loughran); and his stepson Gary Laing.
