We bid farewell to Janis A. Willis of Dorchester, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 6, 2024 at the age of 67. Janis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Scott F. Willis; her parents, Frances M. Renehan of Millis and James W. Mitiguy; her children, Janine Geoffroy (Justin) of Chelmsford and Mark; her siblings, Carol Troiano (Attleboro), Mary Ciasullo of Millis, Catherine Perrine of Pepperell, Margaret Goulet of Attleboro, Edmund Mitiguy (Attleboro), William Mitiguy of Bradford and John Mitiguy of Norwood; and her grandsons, Camden, Colton and Cullen. She was also cherished by extended family and many friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).

“Dear Family of Janis, We are terribly saddened to learn of the loss of your beloved Janis. Her father James 'Jim' Mitiguy was my cousin (his mother Mary was my father Stanley Hilton's big sister). Jim's father Doc (aka Red) Mitiguy our home in Brookline often to look after his mother-in-law Helen 'Nellie' Hilton.
