As we bid Evdokia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Evdokia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Stavros Demopoulos; and her sister Priscilla Gastalos. She is survived by: her children, Atha Demopoulos of Dorchester and Ted Demopoulos (Nicole) of Colorado; her niece Mary Quarella (Michael) of Sandwich; and her close friends, Muriel Galvin and Jo Barry. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, a large loving extended family.
