He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cotter (Kent); his children, Kristin Cotter (Nelson Depina) of North Weymouth and Declan Cotter Depina; and his siblings, Kevin L. Cotter (Elizabeth) of Quincy, John J. Cotter (Mary Ann) of Pembroke, William F. Cotter (Eileen) of Dorchester and June M. Lanctot (Peter) of Foxboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
