It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen J. Schott of Dighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen J. Schott to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Schott and Helen Schott (Kacedan); and his brother William Schott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Schott (Schmitz); his children, Stephen A. Schott, Kevin W. Schott (Kristen) and Elissa Peixoto (Robert); his siblings, Henry, John, Carl, Peter Schott and Maryanne Schott-Turner; and his grandchildren, Brady Carter, Madison, Mackenzie Schott, Liam and Emma Peixoto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home (350 Somerset Ave, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:03 AM and at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Ma National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the DAV and Shriners Hospital.
