He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Berube (Fournier) and Noel Berube; and his brother Russell Berube of Pawtucket. He is survived by: his son Raymond A. Berube Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL.; his brothers, Dennis (Lorraine) of Pascoag, RI., Roger (Dianne) of New Bedford and Kenneth of Coventry, RI.; and his friends, Joe Medeiros and Jose Cabrera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
