He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Neil III (Meredith Arden), Kelsey (Melani Cookman), Peter (Lauren) and Riley; and his siblings, Lois Lively (late Ernie Lively), Karen Peterson (Richard), Dianne Elmekawy (Mekawy Elmekawy), Nancy Phipps (late Donald Phipps), Jeanne Rinderer (late Ted Rinderer), Valerie Bourret (David), Alex, David (Janet), Danny and Sandra (Bob Wallace).
