He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Mazetis and Mary G. Mazetis (Walsh). He is survived by: his son Joseph M. Kulpa Sr. of Dartmouth; his grandchildren, Shea L. Kulpa, Hannah E. Kulpa-Santos and Joseph M. Kulpa Jr. of Dartmouth; his siblings, Charles Mazetis of Lakeville, Raymond Mazetis of Lakeville and Catherine Smith (Mazetis) of Newton; and his nieces and nephews, Abby Smith, Sydney Mazetis, Samantha Furlong (Mazetis), John Mazetis, Evan Mazetis, Wyatt Mazetis and Jesse Smith.
