Proc II, Koren Dorsett, Shauna Saxon (Richard), Erin Silvia (George), Isaiah Brewster (Sydney), Elijah Brewster, Shaymus Sullivan and Nevaeh Sullivan; his nieces and nephews, Cassidy Martinelli, Mason Silvia, Lincoln Silvia, Richard Saxon, Harnedy Saxon and Khari Brewster; his close friends, Crystal McGuire, Briggs Ann Stratton, Kota and Karma; and also, David, Chase and Nevaeh.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Matt can be made to his son's Trust Fund.
