With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Sylvia (Dighton, Massachusetts), born in Little Compton, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 12, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lillian M. Sylvia (Torres); his parents, Jesse Sylvia and Mary Sylvia (Teixeira); his daughters, Judith Daggett (Brian), Joanne Burt (Paul Lemaire) of Taunton, MA, Susan McCrohan (Danny) of Appleton, ME and Leslie Eaton (Dan) of Rockport, ME; and his sisters, Rose Costa of Fall River, MA and Manny. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Manuel's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
