He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred A. Rhines and Irene E. Rhines (Silvia); and his brother Mark S. Rhines. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Rhines of Dighton and Kiel Rhines (Paige) of Rehoboth; his brothers, Michael D. Rhines (Katherine Cleary), Kevin P. Rhines (Cathy) of Amherst and Timothy F. Rhines of Dighton; his grandchildren, Noah, Kinley and Maxen; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Monica), Lauren and Robert (Lily). He is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.
