She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Sarracino and Ida Sarracino (Vitullo); her husband John T. Kubitza; and her daughter Lisa Adams. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Smus (Deborah), Maryellen Simmons (Scott) and Kristen Carter; her grandchildren, Samuel, Meaghan, Alexander, Spencer, Zachary, Johnny and Trevor; her great grandchild Brooke; and her siblings, Anthony Sarracino, Ellen Fiori and Bernadette Drinkwine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
