He is survived by: his husband Lee Muzyka; his parent Rose Muzyka (Moskal); his children, Kathryn Macone (Daniel), Paul Muzyka and Janet Gallugi (Fred); his granddaughters, Danielle James, Kristin Macone, Elizabeth Shea, Emily Gallugi, Amanda Gallugi, Sarah Muzyka (Kyle Carney) and Alexandra Muzyka; and his great grandchildren, Lindsey James and Hayley James.
