He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Levesque. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, RaeAnn York (Rob) and Steven Levesque (Linda); his grandchildren, Sydney, Avery, Justin, Sarah and Matthew; and his brothers, William Levesque and Richard Levesque.
