With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine (Sleczkowski) A. Juliano (Dennis, Massachusetts), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 19, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Sleczkowski and Evelyn Sleczkowski (Koczwanski); and her brother Glen Sleczkowski. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Juliano; her children, Christopher, Mark and Jennifer; her grandson Dylan Evans; and her siblings, Marlene Koczera (Charles) of Cumberland, RI, Cassandra Razukiewicz (Jack) of East Providence, RI, Rev. Bruce Sleczkowski (Marian) of Pittsburgh, PA and Dale Sleczkowski of Pawtucket, RI. She is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews.
