He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla C. Devine (Marsch); and his parents, Edwin F. Devine and Lillian L. Devine (Bouchard). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Devine of Belmont, Craig Devine (Rita) of Pearland, TX and Lisa Irving (Bob) of Plainville; his grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth and Autumn Devine; his great grandchild Oaklee; his grandchildren, Zachary and Julia Irving; and his siblings, Beatrice Sponcey of Thompson, CT, Barbara McGarry (Frank) of Thompson, Janice Lopes of Dayville, CT and Edwin Devine, Jr. (Susann) of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
