He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermelinda "Emily" (Mendonca) and Antone Costa. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Costa (McKane); his sons, Michael Costa, Kevin Costa and Brian Costa; his grandchildren, Lisa Marie Alves, Melissa Costa, Jaron Alves, Kayleigh Alves and Karrissa Costa; his great grandchildren, Caleb Lewis, Thomas Lewis, Madisyn DeMello and Emily Joyce Alves; and his siblings, Cynthia Janssen of Ormond Beach and Paul Costa (Irene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
