He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lee Nichols Bliss; his parents, Harry M. Bliss and Merriam Ladd Bliss; his children, Lindy Bliss Gaylord, Peggy Bliss, Louisa Bliss, William Ladd Bliss Jr. and Jane Bliss Graham; and his brother Edward P. Bliss. He was also cherished by spouses; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
