He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Coco and Carmela Coco. He is survived by: his wife Angelina Coco; his children, Angela Coco, Carmela Scena (Robert), Sal Coco (Christie), John Coco (Wendy) and Diane Coco (Rufino); and his grandchildren, Michael, Carly Scena, Shawna Campbell, David Marks, Justin, Jennifer Coco, John Coco Jr., Joseph and Nicholas CocoGenitti. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
