It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rooney Elinor G. of Dedham, Massachusetts, born in Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bradley and Gertrude Bradley (Leavitt); her sister Betty Henderson; her former husband John Dempsey (Jack); her husband Richard Rooney (Dick); and her daughter Pamela Dempsey.
She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Bradley; her children, Janice Munchbach (David) of Dedham and Jay Dempsey of Fort Collins, CO; her grandchildren, Dina Cullinane (Brian) of Walpole, Janelle Dempsey of Somerville, Amy Phinney (Patrick) of Hyde Park, Jodie Munchbach of Dedham and Kyle Dempsey of Fort Collins, CO.; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Lily, Ruby and Sara.
