He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mario Calello and Bertha Calello (Tays); his sister Jane Creamer; his children, Ashley Grumazescu, Kimberely Semler and Ryan Calello; his stepson Jamie Duffy; and his nephew Jason Davies. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
