He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean Gibbons (Maguire); his sons, John Gibbons of Dedham and Richard Gibbons (Tanesha) of Attleboro; his grandson Noah Gibbons; and his sisters, Rita Gibbons, Nancy Sias, Mary Doody (Florence Mallett) and Patsy Cabral (Edward Gibbons). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
