With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paula A. (McDonough) Garufi of Dedham, Massachusetts, born in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 20, 2023 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her husband Philip; her parents, Dr. Edward McDonough and Isabel McDonough; her sister Gail Sullivan; her parents-in-law, Philip and Marie Garufi; and her brothers-in-law, Francis Garufi and Paul Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Philip (Mary), Stephen (Emily), Paula Marie and Kevin (Vanessa); her sister June (Donald Preskenis) of Harwich; her sisters-in-law, Marie Burns and Rita Garufi; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Beau, Molly, Cara, Dom and Alexa. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
