He was predeceased by: his son David Masters. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Masters and Frances Masters (Savino) of Dedham; his children, Sarah K. Masters of Quincy and Maxwell S. Masters of Worcester; his siblings, Richard Masters of Halifax, John Masters of Dedham, Tami Masters of Franklin and Carrie Diauto of Mashpee; and his former wife Carol J. Boudrot of Dedham.
