He was predeceased by: his wife Philomena Sinnott (O'Leary); his parents, James Sinnott and Mary Sinnott of Wexford; and his siblings, Catherine, Robert, Anna, Elizabeth, Marie, Ellen and James.
He is survived by: his children, James P. Sinnott (Susan) of North Attleboro, John D. Sinnott (Cathleen) of Mattapoisett and Deirdre Sullivan (John) of Dedham; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Emily, Colleen (Tyler Frantz), Terrence, Desmond Sinnott, Erin Maguire (Chuck), Molly Bauer (Herman), Mary Kate, David and Daniel Sullivan (Brigid McCann); his great grandchildren, Tilly Bauer and Rory Maguire; and his siblings, John Sinnott of Wexford and Monica Sinnott.
